FRIBBINS TRAINING SERVICES

Fribbins Training Services was established in December 1996 by Stephen Fribbins. It is a small company located in Adelaide, South Australia. We offer services around Australia and have clients located outside of South Australia.

Our principal instructor, Stephen Fribbins has a Diploma of Teaching (Further Education), a Certificate IV in Workplace Training (Category 2), and a Registered Metals and Engineering Assessor.

Stephen is a former Category C: Instructor/Examiner in Military Soldering under the U.S. Department of Defence Standards WS-6536E & MIL-STD-2000 and is currently a Certified IPC Trainer for the following standards:

• IPC-A-610: Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
• IPC/WHMA-A-620: Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
• IPC-7711: Rework of Electronic Assemblies
• IPC-7721: Repair of Electronic Assemblies
• J-STD-001: Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
